We, the undersigned, call on the WA Government to reform WA’s Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 to include a guaranteed safe access to amenities, mandatory female-designated toilets, and stronger hygiene and availability obligations for all employers to ensure that every worker is afforded dignity at work.
